Legendary musician Neil Murray is back with 10th solo album The Telling

Saturday 18th November / presented by Naomi Carter

Formerly a member of the legendary Warumpi Band, whilst also recording solo projects for the last 30 years, Neil Murray's 10th solo album The Telling marks the fourth decade of his recording career.

The singer-songwriter first packed up his guitar and moved from country Victoria to the Northern Territory on a spiritual journey in the late 70's, eventually joining the Warumpi Band

The Telling contains some of Murray's strongest songs ever. Murray has never held back from the way he sees it and he’s not about to let up here, with a litany of injustice and loss—both historic and recent —explored on much of the album.

Neil's tour continues on November 23 at the Duke of George with Phil Walleystack and at The River in Margaret River on November 24. Ahead of those dates, he joins Naomi Carter on Get Up Morning to chat about the record.
